[0.914][Bug] can't attack immobilized Army and can't end turn

I used the Tremor spell on an army to immobilize it. But now I cannot attack it. My army shows the moving animation but it doesn't go to the tile.
Probably because of this I also cannot end the turn.

You will see the Army in front of the City: Serrane
I had my Sov and army in the city itself and attacked from the city. The army was placed next to the immobilized army, but couldn't attack.
Somehow I was able to get to a next turn, (by saving and reloading the game) but the problem persisted.
P.S. Earlier in this game I noticed that an army that I had immobilized still moved along a road. Even with the immobilization icon attached to it. I forgot to save the debug.err at that moment though.
