Inconsistencies with WinFX5 (rc1) and Microsoft Touch Mouse

Just an FYI:

WinFX animations run when using the Microsoft Touch Mouse's Restore gesture (two finger stroke up) but not the Minimize gesture (two finger stroke down). Not a big deal, just curious as to why it works with one and not the other.

Can you customize the getures to specifically use [Windows key + up arrow] to restore or [Windows key + down arrow] to minimize and see if there is a difference?

Sadly, no. The control panel is locked down very tight.

 (I tried pasting a screenshot here but the forum post showed a MIME/UUE block of text.)

Are you referring to the Windows Control Panel, or the Touch Mouse control panel?
