Traits - two minor Bugs

1. The Trait Tactician II provides the same +1 Initiative for the army as does Tactician I. Since Tactician II is replacing Tactician I in the list of traits this means raising this trait is a waist of an upgrade? Supposed to be like that?

2. The traits are shown in the Unit detail window the left hand side of the picture. If you move the cursor on a trait a help text is displayed. If you then move the cursor straight up or down onto other traits the help text is not adjusted. You need to move the cursor of the list of traits (ie to the left or right) and move it back at the right place onto the list of traits to get the help texts. This is fairly uncomfortable.

with regards to #2 i find this problem with every tool tip pop up or context sensitive cursor change.

1) No, they stack. This is shown very poorly by the UI. But all similar traits "stack" - if you get Evoker I then Evoker II, you'll get the bonus it said in both tooltips, even though you can only see one tooltip.
