Hi guys i've just pre-ordered fallen enchantress and payed via paypal but after that no game appear in my list on stardock page,what happened?

No mail was sent to me by stardock about my new game,it is as if I had not bought anything,please help me!!!!!

Sometimes orders require manual review depending on certain criteria, or the payment may not have fully cleared yet. Support frequents this thread on the weekend so if you post there someone should be able to help, or you can email sales@stardock.com.
