[BUG][.91] Cosmetic Errors

Verified today.

Magic Tech Tree:

There is no tooltip for the last icon under sorcery. That seems to be Dispel Enchantment.

Hero screen:

The tooltip for encumbrance gives the ranges as Light < 50%, Heavy 60%-80%. From the effect, this should be Light < 60%.

Tactical Combat:

The tooltip for enemies only shows up after I have viewed at least one of my own units. Was reported for .86 once.

During a single attack, the hit point bars get reduced at the start of the attack. I would like that reduction to be delayed until the damage number starts floating up. It is especially strange that the damage from the counterattack gets deducted from the attacker before the attack even starts. (Other threads discuss other health bar strangeness)

Custom Sovereign Design:

The description for diplomat is cut off. I'd suggest a second line, there is space enough in the window.

I noted that the missing tooltip for the Amarians has already been added for .911.

Installer:

I didn't pay attention when starting the download and got the full installer. When I started it, it claimed to uninstall the previous version. It did something, but it left almost all files. I think it only removed the exe.

If it did so because the leftover files were already current, it should have claimed to do an update installation. Otherwise it needs to be more thorough on uninstalling :-)

Nice munchup, not sure how many of these allready is posted, but that doesn't matter (better safe than sorry as i say).
If you need help putting in pictures, just ask.

Next time >I think< it is better if you remember to include "[Bug]" in the name too (so it would be "[Bug] [0.91] Cosmetic Errors")
Think I saw them ask for this at some point, so it is easier for them to look through the forum.
