Icon Packager - Shield Overlay

When I install a package with Iconpackager it removes the shield overlay from programs that need to be installed as administrator. Has anyone else found this, or is there a fix for it? I tried to change the individual icon in Icons & Cursors / Others but it has no effect.

 

Iconpackager - 5.10.032

Windows 7 HP 64bit

It is irrelevant to Windows that Iconpackager removes the shield overlay as it purely aesthetic, all it means is that the user will receive a prompt from UAC.
