[bug][.91] no more turns

I can do everything but going next turn - the button is dead, the game doesn't crash, have already moved my armies 8|

I've had that happen twice, as well.  Often involved some form of odd overlap between landing a stack on a space with a quest, whose popup info panel didn't show until I was in a battle with another stack.
