Cannot install FE

Downloaded the full install for FE beta 3. This will be my first look at the beta if I get it to work.

Download completed (through Chrome). When I open the .exe file, it seems to hang before opening fully, causing Windows Explorer to go unresponsive. After about 10 minutes and a relaunch of Explorer, it finally puts up a dialog box asking me whether to allow the FE installer program (Windows Vista... I know, I know). Then, nothing. Waited a few hours, then repeated. Same set of events. Nothing productive happens.

I'm re-downloading the install file, hoping that maybe it was corrupt or something... any other thoughts?

If you're running an anti-virus program, consider turning it off in order to install.

Well, after an extended period of time a dialog box popped up saying "Could not extract: File Corrupt". I'm assuming that was from the FE install. Good thing I've already got a fresh download running...

*Edit* Finally extracting. I have to wonder why, even this time, it took literally five minutes between when I opened the file and it started actually doing anything noticeable.
