1. Clicking Detail does not open the window of the city in the foreground. (It is opened in the background hidden behind the ledger?)
2. I am missing a production column in the city ledger to help me find the city with the biggest production?
The Details button has been misbehaving like this for some time. Here is what I reported against 0.86:

I think it is a background / foreground issue, not a late gratification. Like if you work with Powerpoint and move an object to the back or front. On a window definition engine as a minimum you usually have a parent / child relation option (not used here) and the display location "on top" of initiating window (which I think they might want to use here, but did not).
