I payed for windowblinds vidt my visa and get nothing.
Best if you write to support for help. They'll be back Monday morning. Save the 'Autorply' you'll get (has the ticket number), Don't write again until you hear from a real person or your request for help will be kicked to the end of the queue.
There was a glitch in the matrix, now resolved. You should be good now.
For future reference, emailing support@stardock.com is oftentimes the best way to report a problem.
