[0.9] [Bug] Profession cost

If you select one profession the number of points is reduced by 1. Is that a bug or working as intended?

Yes, I was wonder of that, but however, there is bug sometime, I do not know how I got -1 and I see that feel cheat so I uncheck, then it's working as intended, but there is unseem bug still there, but I'm not sure how I got those more point that way.. sorry.
