WindowBlinds 7.4 will not activate.

Hi,

 

Can anybody helpme with getting WB 7.4 activated. I have entered the correct info in the product activation screen and it comes back with a MSG saying product activation error.

 

I do have an active internet connection.

I downloaded the full install file from the Stardock Store. I did not use the New SDC which is in beta.

WindowBlinds has not been activated correctly on this PC.  Please activate it again.

It looks like you are using one of the old-style registration numbers . . I've sent you a new one.  Try that please.

Hi Zubaz,

Before I saw your post I went to My Accounts and noticed that my Serial Number had changed. I tried that and it resolved both my Activation problems (WB 7.4 and WinFx 5).

I was about to report this on this thread when I read your post.

Thanks for sorting it out over a weekend. Not many companies are that quick.
