Why Wait

Paypal/credit card transactions are not always 'instant' as sometimes fraudulent transaction issues/concerns will delay completion.  This is something outside of our control but is that of the Bank/s involved...;)

I wish the measures weren't necessary, as I'm sure it's a great annoyance, but the world is too full of people willing to ruin someone else's life for the sake of a little cash.  I am sorry for the delay, though, BunnyRabit, but you should be all set now.
