TEC Rebel suggestion

I like TEC rebels and truce amongst rouges is a big jump at the beginning but if your galaxy has got a lot of neutral colonized planets could be a bit disappointing. In my opinion should be any research or something for this situations, like 1 research to "convert" or "make yours" the ally neutral planet if your culture is there.

Would this not just steamroll? You get planet expend culture get next until you hit the others culture?

Anyway this would mean your death, as all planet recently acquired will generate a negative revenue, you need to upgrade them to at least step 1 to break even. So in a big map you could snow ball to negative income in quite a fast time.

I'm talking only about the neutral colonized planets, planets colonized by the neutral factions, the grey ones, this type of planets have some gauss cannons and hangars. And whit the truce amongst rouges research you can't attack this planet because is "your ally".

God I wish the rebels were called revels, it sound so much more festive that way.

Petition to have it changed?

But in all seriousness as far as the OP's suggestion is concerned: Truce among rogues is already pretty  strong- it's some of the other TEC rebel research topics which are a bit lackluster IMO.  Besides, strong early culture mechanics are sort of the Advent loyals thing, an expansion based culture ability doesn't fit with the TEC rebels IMO.

And what about an pirate attack, now you can't offer a mission to the pirates for attacking those planets, when I suffer it was the first I think.

Sorry for "revel" the corrector don't work properly and I'm not English speaker native.

Sorry if I sounded overly critical, I wasn't so much meaning to correct you as I found the specific word you used "revel" amusing, or rather it would a very amusing world to define and describe a faction(guess they really like to party?  :P  )

Again didn't mean to get down on you over it, sorry if I came off that way.

Yeah I kinda regretted getting trust among rouges because my ai allies simply went into my friendly planets and took them!! Altough having the pirates as allies is pretty cool :D I wish I had those extra slots  for buildings and those extra astroids.

I understand that you where joking about "revel" don't worry about it, its sound more "modern" but the correct is the correct and I edited revel putting rebel.

I don't know if its a bug but there is only one neutral faction that isn't my ally, i can't remember the name but the symbol is la a grey circle with a pink V.

If someone have an idea of how to prevent this situations please write there
