planetary millitia: planetary upgrade adds a small planet bound fleet that can't move from planet

very expensive also cuts a huge percentage of planetary income can also overspend over tax rate

would need to be able to unspend or dismantle this fleet

doesn't count towards your fleet supply

good on boarder worlds

ie would only be able to support a world with a full blown millitia fleet for every 5 planets you own

and tax rate from these 5 worlds would goto feeding this millitia

can turn it off buy checking which level you want

no millitia 0% total global tax rate - small fleet light ships corvette level 2-5% global tax rate- medium fleet heavy cruisers added 2-10%- heavy capital ships added 20-33% global tax rate

 

the addition of fleet formations would rock ie bonus to fleet on defense or assault

 

extra star base levels

researchable very expensive

 

3 different starbases

1 defense for border worlds meant for defending a world can cope better at defending blind spots

maybe has a planetary shield built in can't bomb planet till it's dead

no income possible

boost planetary millitia by percentage per level

hard to take down but not alot of damage output

made to last and keep things in the gravity well safe

2 planetary buffer population trade construction minimal weapons or defense

almost acts like a second world

3 offense something that you build in a hostile gravity well meant for assault 

weak armor vunerable while building long range heavy weapons massive damage

terraforming turn your worlds into lush planets

research opens it up

planetary levels

very expensive takes a really long time metal and crystal overtime until finished and tax income nerfed while terraforming

also the reverse turn it into a dead asteroid through weaponery or planet bombardment

 

titans are too strong change them into a a moving starbase that can move planet to planet

like a movable homeworld or something

 

fleet supply income reduction is based on your actual fleet usage

instead of researched levels the levels only allow more ships

more ships equals less income less ships more income
