Renewed object desktop but Impulse/Gamestop says expired still

Can anyone tell me why Gamestop/Impulse is telling me my Object Desktop subscription has expired even though I've renewed it? This is very frustrating!

I know Stardock has sold Impulse to gamestop but it's still a convenient way to manage software rather than logging into Stardock and downloading everything manually. Can anyone help? I have tried updating the serial number in Impulse/Gamestop but it still say the wrong expiry date. Is Object Desktop not supported in Impulse any more?

GameStop does not support object desktop products and has no way to know the status of your subscription. You will need to use SDC or the Stardock Store to download your apps.

The only way to see your current subscriptions now is to go to the Stardock Store and log in. You can also get the latest software from there, but using the new Stardock Central (SDC), which is replacing Impulse, is the easier way to update your software. That is what kyro was trying to say.  I wish they would include information about your subscriptions in SDC too though, it would make things a lot easier.

It's still in beta, so we're not shouting from the rooftops just yet.  We're more speaking loudly out of the second story window.
