Perseverance, what counts as a disable?

For the Domina's Perseverance ability I was wondering how "disables" are defined.

Does it protect you from all forms of partial disables? or just full disables?  Which is to say does it protect against abilities such as detonate antimatter(the ability prevention aspect) that only disables ability use? Or does it only protect against abilities that prevent the ship from doing anything(such as Reveries, Phase out Hull, ect...)?

If a ship has perseverance affecting/protecting it, and it gets hit by ion bolt, nothing will happen...no weapon, engine, or ability disablement will occur...I would assume reverie acts the same way, since it uses the same entity modifiers...

Haven't tried it with phase out hull, which could be different since it has some extra modifiers (it does shield damage and puts the target into phase space)...

If you are curious, just run the dev.exe and see for yourself...you can spawn whatever units you want, switch between players, and test it out....

Aye I'd assumed it works against Ion Bolt.  My main question was whether it protects against partial disables such as the ability disable on detonate antimatter(which only disables abilities, not movement/weapons).

It prevents specific entity modifiers from "sticking"...any attempt to disable abilities, weapons, or engines will fail...
