Changing Flashing Alert Color

I am wondering how to change the color of a taskbar item when it flashes in the background (ie. You are using Chrome when a buddy messages you on MSN, and the window lights up). I have been through the entire list of customizable colors in WindowBlinds skin recoloration options, but the tinted yellow I see is not present.

That would have to be done via Skin Studio.  The image you are looking for is called Flashing Button.

jazzy is totally correct. If you wish to change it you have to make a new graphic and replace it with the one in skinstudio then apply skinstudio and it's changed. If you do this and want to save the skin go to using skinstudio go to File and Make WBA Package.

Open skinstudio, click on Open Skin and pick the skin you want to change. Once open goto Open startmenu and Taskbar now Edit Hoizontal Taskbar. Look for Flashing Button. If you want to see the graphic click on Edit Image and it will load in your graphic program. Want to replace it click on the Arrow next to Edit image, find your graphic and load it. Now click Apply skin.
