How do skins become featured?

That is pretty mucht he only way things get downloaded a lot. The only time my things get downloaded is when they are new, then the downloads pretty much stop.

To have your skin featured, you must do one of two things.
Either...
Bribe certain Wizops [namely me......cash, no cheques]
Or...
Sacrifice your first born to the God Ra, using a Kryss.

Y'know, I tried sacrificing my first born, and I still haven't had a skin featured. Is there a certain amount of time I should wait before complaining?
