[Gameplay / Suggestion] TEC Rebels Constant Pirate Backup

Constant Stream of Pirate Backup

I'm not too sure about the Research name that start's this (Tec Rebels), but here's what's happening:

Played another grand game of Rebellion today after managing to overcome to constant Superweapon Bombardment and found something that annoyed the hell out of me, about 1/2 through the game i started researching into the Diplomacy tech tree with the Tec Rebels, i researched something unique to the Tec Rebels that forces Pirates to provide you with ships everytime the Pirates raids were over.

Now. Oh my, i can't set-up my own fleet due to this, i'm not sure if i can turn it off, i haven't yet seen anyway too but after investing into Fleet Cap to gain a large fleet, this research started warping in Pirates to any (completely random) Planets owned by myself. Now, this is soooo annoying when you're trying to build a fleet how you want, the Pirates warp in around 50-60 ships taking up a fair bit of Fleet Cap.

From what i'v seen, i can't turn this off, i can't wipe the Pirates out due to the Rebel Alliance research so that's thrown out the window, but yes. If i want to start building a fleet that i choose, i have to suicide the Pirates constantly into enemy terrotory which is rather irritating when they warp into your back Planets which requires 5-6 jumps to get into combat.

I don't know if this is a bug or just a design flaw with this certain research but i do recommend they add the ability to call in Pirates manually and not everytime a raid ends. It's ruddy awful.

- I'll add this to this topic also, it's another Bug i'v found -

The Colony Ship does not Auto Colonize Planets upon entering a GravityWell, they just sit on the edge of the system even when the Auto Colonize ability has been enabled. :)

Thanks for reading.

End of quote

In place of suicide ship who can only increase experience level of enemy ship, it is possible to scuttle them? money/metal/crystal generated by scuttle can help you to have plenty of resource for build your own fleet !!!

I've said this before, to me the pirate and rebel (yes you can also have the insurgents that usually attack enemy planets once researched at tier 8 become your reinforcements) researches are highly situational and should only be researched after you set up your main fleet to stack up numbers. Noone forces you to research it right after it becomes available, afterall.
