Flagship victory condition maybe buggy

hi i was playing a game with a freind with ai in it then when i jumped into a system with a flagship(belonging to ai) in the middle of where i jumped in it survied for a min before dieing then after a minute when i believe it was updating that it had been killed it crashed this happened in 2 attepts.

 

anyone else having issues with flagship victory condition?

I haven't had this happen to me at all, but then again I haven't played with that victory condition that many times. But my experience is that the flagship victory condition works smoothly. I suppose it could have been a rare crash, or maybe there was some sort of condition that you may not have noticed that helped cause the crash.
