WindowBlinds 7.30 release will not uninstall

from Stardock Forums

HI,

 

I want to uninstall the 7.30 release or WindowBlinds and install and try the new beta that's up but when I try to uninstall it I get "Unable to read INSTALL.LOG" and the uninstall quits.

 

Any Ideas?

Was 7.30 installed with Impulse? If so, it must be uninstalled with Impulse.

You do not need to uninstall the previous version first. Just download and run the update.

I agree with Wizard, you don't need to uninstall a previous version in order to run the update.

Since Impulse wasn't used, did you download through the store site or SDC?  How are you trying to uninstall?

Have you moved WindowBlinds from it's orignial install position?
