Settings to be added

Hi,

Please add two settings to Fences:

- magnetic fences borders;

- fences sizes to be function of icon size.

This means that if the icon is 32x32, the fence sizes to be multiple of 32 pixels, like a chess board.

Nobody wants to have displayed half of the icons.
