Tabbed Dock - names not topmost

I know this bug has been reported by users before but I just bought OD 2 and from the forum posts it seems to me you really don't take bugs seriously.

Problem is that the text with names of icons (which displays when mouse over icon in tabbed OD) is always *under* maximized windows thus not showing itself. Please fix this.

It seems this happens on non-maximized windows as well. In the screenshot mouse pointer is hovering above calendar icon in Tabbed Dock. I should perhaps mention that I am also using WindowFX 5 beta.

UPDATE: and here is another screenshot (mouse is over recycle bin icon) with Tabbed Dock placed in lower right corner this time: http://img818.imageshack.us/img818/9500/ss2qh.png

As it can be seen in second screenshot the names are shown even below the Tabbed Dock window itself.

Thanks for the image.

z-ordering with Windows can be  . . difficult.  I was unable to reproduce what you see but I've let the dev know.

What OS are you using?  32 or 64 bit?

What version of OD2?

It's not surprising you can't reproduce this bug because it occurs only sometimes (but when it occurs it's persistent).

OS is Windows 7 32 bit at work and Windows 7 64 bit at home (happens on both). OD 2 (plus) version is... I have no idea as it has no About option anywhere. ObjectDock.exe properties say Product version is 2.01.743.

I thought i was going crazy. I to have the same problem only on tabbed dock. The text for each icon is always behind the last window, maximized or not.

I have this annoying bug for years now. It appears 2-3 a day, and have I to restart ObjectDock each time. But the bug has been reported more than once in the past. I don't think that they care.
