Gift purchase after normal buy [Sins]

Hi,

Sry for my bad english, but I have a few questions about Sins Rebellion,
which I purchased with Paypal for me and my friend.

First - it was unlocked for me, mail was send to me too, so that worked perfect.
Second - for the gift (15 min later, or so..) there was no email send to me
and also no mail for my friend, so I looked after my current account and
there was no Paypal withdraw from it, neither for my order nor for the one
of my friend.

So is my question, when will the payment be solved and when can my
friend see after his key?
I am a bit afraid, that I did something wrong or miss out..
Hope someone can help.

It seems that your second preorder did not go through, meaning you were not charged for the second preorder.
