Enemy faction leaders ... die

So I could not find anything on the latest beta update, but if my faction leader falls in a battle outside the capital ... I live to fight another day.

Now the same senario but with an enemy leader ... they die, whole faction gets wiped out (useful if your losing multiple wars and that is the only means to keep yourself alive)

Is anyone else having this issue?

The ability to cheat death relies on mana. If the enemy or you have no mana left, it is game over.
