Which password?

Grrr.  Bad interface.  #1 - being asked to enter a command line prompt (which a lot of casual gamers / PC users won't know how to do) is irritating.  "Login Failed.  You may have missing or stale registry data.  Try running Fallen Enchantress with the command line parameters /username "myusername" ...."???  How about a dialog box to ask for the username / password?

Worse than having to track down the exact path to the executable and typing the parameters and values?  Which username and password?  The forum password (which I just changed)?  The Gamestop (former Impulse) logon / password?  Or the pre-Gamestop login, being as Fallen Enchantress is available via Stardock and not Gamestop?

Assuming you are talking about the Fallen Enchantress beta, you should have gotten a dialogue box. I did.  If you didn't something is amiss.

The password would be for the Stardock account you either purchased WoM for in 2010, or or used to pre-order FE with.

I'm having the same problem, and if I click escape everything closes the same as if I clicked to close the error box so that's not working for me.  Someone else posted an alternative answer indicating to 1.)right click on the shortcut 2.) choose properties 3.) in the target line where the file location shows add my username and password to the end of the files name, but a box pops up that won't let me do that either.  I'm totally stymied.  Any other answers?

Ctrl + Tab at the start of FE will open a submenu for username and password, where you enter your stardock username/password. I had this problem also they should really change the instructions of that popup.
