[0.86 Bug] Can't end turn + crash on save

E:FE cannot end turn - end turn button doesn't work

Impossible to end current turn. I tried to save the game for the bug report and the game crashed on save. I restarted the game, loaded the auto save and then it worked, so you guys may not be able to reproduce this via the auto save file.
