Windowblinds 7.30 final and IE 9

Hi,

I have, as mentioned Windowblinds and IE9. For the most part they get along nicely. BUT every single time I run IE9 the first time it locks up with a blank screen with no toolbars, I only use Google and what came with Norton, or buttons, I have to end the process then restart and it's fine. All my event logs point to some errors with Windowblinds the moment iexplore runseven though  I have EVERY exe file in the two Internet Explorer folder excluded from theming it locks up the first time.

What else could I eliminate to alleviate this problem? Could it be the Google toolbar, the Norton bars, any other ad dons I can find exes for etc....?

Just picking at straws here and looking for wise and helpful information. Just a side note. I know many will say switch to FireFox but that is my LAST resort as I really hate that browser. No offence to those who love it. It's just a personal preference.

Any help would be GREATLY appreciated!

Thanks,

Joe

Could it be the Google toolbar, the Norton bars
End of quote

Start by getting rid of them. In Norton you can disable that.

Then try again. Might be locking up "calling home".

If that doesn't work, email support, and ask for ZubaZ. Tell him doc sent you. ;)

Toolbars are evil. Try loosing one or two of them and see if that solves your problem.

I use WindowBlinds 7 on a Win 7 64 bit computer and running IE 9.  I agree that toolbars and addons can be the problem, just need to find out which one or ones.  Myself I don't see the need for extra toobars or addons and don't use them.  I'm sure there are useful ones out there for specific purposes that some folks may want.  :sun:
