0.86 Problem with lower land

I tried to make my way trough a mountain by lower land. It looks like i have a path already, but i can not go through it.

Also in this game.... Resoln was wiped out in turn 14. Dont know why.

Yes, in my game Resoln was wiped out - first ten turns or so.

Lower land should work over a 3x3 area to also take care of adjacent mountain sides. Currently, I have tons of mana but its too frustrating to bother with.
