Screen Capture Problem

Hey all, could one of you screen-shot makers help me with a question. I've tried about 10 screen capture programs to make my own screen shot, but none of them seem able to "capture" Rainlendar or DX objects that have a shadow. It's like they don't really appear on the screen (as far as either the PC or the capture program are concerned).

What do you all use to snap these great screen shots?

I've seen very few screen capture programs that capture alpha-blended images on the desktop......Use the Prt Scr key on your keyboard, and paste as new image in your graphic editor.
