can't pre order sins rebellion

hi,

im am trying to pre order sins of a solar empire rebellion with my credit card, but stardock won't process my order it says: "

Order Status: Not Processed

Your order has not been fulfilled."

i have tried using diferent browsers, but it won't help. Im from the Netherlands, maybe that is a problem? does anyone have a clue?

You can email support@stardock.com but you also might want to contact your credit card company.
