[BUG] Dominion Spell is All-Powerful

Apologies if this has already been mentioned, couldn't seem to find it anywhere.

The spell Dominion, as given by the Staff of Dominion from the epic Dragon Eye quest thing, is a game-ender (maybe this is intended).

When cast in battle, the battle ends, you get full experience as though the enemy was defeated, and every single unit of the opposing army joins your side.  This even works on opposing sovereigns.

It seems to me it should:

1. Only work on dragons.

or

2. Only last the battle, and limit casts per battle.

and maybe even both.

Yes, I think that was the point.

After all if you have Quest Victory enabled it automatically ends the game. It's akin to a tech victory, except this one actually gives you a useable item if the you have the win condition disabled.

Right, I think its suppose to be game ending.  Its pretty cool that it actually proves itself worthy of being a victory condition.  Some times in games, when you get a victory condition, I think...why the hell would that automatically entitle me to win the game?  This seems pretty worthy of saying "Victory" to me...

Cool. I had no idea. I won with this victory condition, and so spent 10 min levelling up my champs only to find the game had finished. Never got to play with the final item.

Fair enough.  I put a really awesome item at the end of that quest so that if you have the victory off you can still do it and get something cool for it.  It's definitly OP.

If it can do that then how come the final quest guy doesn't use it on you?

End of Derek's quote

If the victory condition is disabled.. why does the player get an item that can end the game?
