Help with rollup dock by mormegil

I am trying to incorporate the dock rollup by mormegil into a desktop theme. It works fine until the theme is reloaded again then it will not work until you reset the rolldown size in summary of the properties of the object sample dock, even thou the sizes are set correctly in the scripts. I would ask mormegil but I can't find a way to reach him. Any and all help with this will be greatly appreciated
