LogonStudio not working

Hi,

I recently downloaded and installed the logon studio and wanted to change my log on screen. But When i "apply" the changes, it still looks the same as before, it's not changing to what I want it to...am i doing something wrong?

I'm betting it's a Toshiba. Even if it isn't, this will probably fix it.
