[bug] AI and level restrictions

I found this initially when I was modding new items but now I see it happening on not-modded items:

Also of note is that Ceresa has 2 "Path of the Warrior" traits.... ????

No she has warrior, defender, and assassin... Impressive for a level 4 (!) but also odd for Ceresa...

I´ve also noticed this on the AIs heroes. Way to many traits for their level. So there are more cheaters than just Oracle Seresa!

do you know what difficulty level you are playing on? both the people that have seen the trait thing? trying to find something on common... or is everyone seeing this?

the equipment stuff is known and should be fixed next build
