[MINOR UI BUG] Tactician Icon the Wrong Visual Level

Version: 0.76 (yes, there's a trend in my posts, I wanted to beat 0.76 into the ground before upgrading to 0.77)

Noticed a very minor UI bug: The Tactician 2 icon seems to be the Tactician 3 icon.

Whoever did the icons, you did a great job. I like them, they fit the game well.
