Combining Accounts?

A couple of questions about combining accounts after having transferred some games from an old email to a new one.

1.  I own 3 copies of GalCiv2.  One has DL, DA and TA and the others only have DL and DA.  Can I combine these accounts and have all of them accessible from a single email?

2.  Referring to the above, can I change the old metaverse character to reflect the newer email's Stardock.net login?  (For example - Llama_Man's registration was moved over to 3vilTwin1, but the metaverse character is still associated with the old Llama_Man's Stardock.net account.  Can that character be re-assigned to 3vilTwin1?

Thanks in advance.

The registrations can be merged, but if the system doesn't update the metaverse account linkages as you say then that is probably something we'd need to do manually. If you email support, they should be able to help look into the possibility.

Thanks for the info Kryo.    I feel better about trying to merge multiple accounts to the same email addy with that info.  I'll try that next.

I tried to merge the metaverse characters again, but was only able to create a new one using the transferred serial number.  I'll just abandon the old character and start over with the new one.  Stardock has enough to do without adding manual edits to the metaverse.

I did the transfer and all, but I can't install my games.  Impulse says the serial numbers are invalid.  All of them.  I'm copying/pasting the serial numbers and created my Impulse account with the same email address as the Stardock.net one.

I'm not sure what to do now.  It appears that all of my games are now inoperative.  i can't even get to my previously installed games except for the ones on Steam.

What to do?

<edit>  OK, nvm.  Of course, it sorts it self out after i post about it, right?  ;P

I found them under my old email address.  Impulse just hasn't updated their side of the deal yet.  I sent them a support request.  </edit>

End of MottiKhan's quote

Impulse is a totally separate system, so you'd need to do anything there also, yeah.
