Anybody remember Zork?

This website's 404 page is a neat web-based version of the original Zork game complete with logins and saved games.

This brings back lots of memories. I remember being completly infatuated with this game. I used to love playing text-based adventure games.

Wow, that brings back memories all right! I think the last time I played this game it was on a Commodore 64 and Regan was in his first term as President. This way too cool.... Thanks Chris

There was an old text based game I used to play that was set in a vampires castle i believe. I have been trying to figure out what its title was. Do any of you happen to know that one.

BTW, if you folks play games like Diablo, here's the game that served as the original inspiration called nethack. You can download it and play in a DOS box. The original version of this used to be included with various Unix distributions way back in the 80's.
