IconPackager v5 installation error Win764

I recently purchased OD through the christmas sale they were having. I am having this same issue for Windowfx as well as IconPackager. Every time I try to install either, I get the same error. I am using the downloads provided through the "My Downloads" link. I have also tried downloading the installation package again in case it corrupted during the download. Tried disabling firewall and AV to make sure there wasn't some issue that might have been causing AV to act screwy. If I hit ignore, it will continue to install but whenever I try to start iconpackager I get that it is not compatible for Windows. Any assistance is greatly appreciated! I have attached the error code I am getting during installation.

I installed everything from the links that are in the my downloads off the Stardock website..

Please try the following:

-click Start, in the start search field type 'cmd'. Right-click on the search result and select 'Run as administrator'.
-If UAC is enabled, click 'Continue'
-Type: sfc /scannow
-Wait for the scan to complete (this can take several minutes)
