WindowsBlinds 7.2 -> 7.3 Upgrade questions

Hi, I was wondering if there's a release notes document that shows what's specifically fixed or new in WindowsBlinds 7.3 besides Office10 enhancements and Win8 skins.  I'm trying to decide if it worth it to upgrade if I dont plan on using the Win8 skins.  Perhaps there are performance and/or visual enhancements?  If so, what are they?  What specific bugs are fixed?

Also, can I just install WindowsBlinds 7.3 on top of 7.2?  What's the cleanest way to do this?  Is it:  uninstalling 7.2, rebooting, installing 7.3, rebooting?

Thanks in advance for anyone taking the time to answering these questions.

I installed over the top and have had no problems.

I know of one bug that it fixes is 7.2 seems to make the menu appear to the left of the cursor after applying a blind. 7.3 fixed that.

Hmmm... I thought this upgrade was supposed to make things better with Outlook2010.  It looks like it introduced an issue.  I didn't have the below problem in 7.2; or ANY other Windows Blinds versions, including 6.x.  The Outlook Mail Compose window has Quick Access Toolbar buttons and Titlebar title protruding; with part of the titlebar cutoff.  Is this a known issue?

What skin Is that?  Does it do the same with every skin?

Nevermind, I spoke to soon, I think it was just a quirk, it went away.  It works very nicely.  I can already see one problem that was fixed...

The Quicklaunch small icons can finally be double-height on a large taskbar.  I wasn't able to do that with version 6.x-7.2
