I renewed 2 days ago and I am still getting expired account messages

I have even submitted a support ticket immediately to StarDock and they have not even bothered to reply.

Should I contact my credit card company or should I see if they will answer the telephone?

If you're getting the messages on Impulse, it is because Impulse is no longer used for the Object Desktop distribution and it will not reflect the renewal.  For now, until the new manager is put together, you login to Stardock and download your software from here:
