Can't uninstall or modify error code 2343

Run as admin on Vista/7.  Select IconPackager from the list and hit "Apply"

DakotaRushing do what Hankers suggests and then think back to when IconPackager stopped working.   Is there any chance you may have downloaded another program that also does something with icons?  Similiar programs that look at the same thing, like icons, very rarely play well together. 

i downloaded the odnt zapper and nothing shows up in the program. I have downloaded no other programs that change icons or anything.

Are you using the Administrator account?

Also, apply Windows default icons before uninstalling Icon Packager.

If the zapper doesn't work for you, use CCleaner or Revo Uninstaller (set at "Medium strength") and for the latter, remove the items in bold font at the end of the process.

This is when it gets very frustrating for a user, things were working and then not. 

If you haven't downloaded any other programs that looks at icons then when is the last time you ran a security scan?  If it hasn't been since IconPackager stop working do some computer maintenace and run your scans. 

If that doesn't find anything then my last question is did you any deleting of files?

If the answer is no then I would wait to see if Hankers or another Stardock rep shows up.  (oops)

EDIT:  Okay, silly question, have you tried the Add/Remove function in Windows under Control Panel?

Philly, Hankers isn't a Stardock rep. He's a Super Wizop. He doesn't work for Stardock... just knows a hell of a lot, and is major helpful. He's a Community member.

I would suggest opening a ticket at support@stardock.com. Wait until an actual person answers. Save the autoreply as it will have your ticket number. You can add that to the OP. If you write again before an actual person replies, your problem will be kicked to the end of the queue.
