Minimalist frames, etc.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good minimalist WindowBlind? I'd like small (or nonexistant, if that's possible) frames, a short titlebar, etc. The GNOME ones from several years ago are good, but aren't quite what I'm looking for.
Have a look at the various skins by LightStar, those may very well be the type of thing you're looking for.

This is an old set of blinds I did 5 years ago, but they do have single-pixel borders, narrow titlebars and narrow scrollbars - Crisp. I just loaded one version of it on Win7 & even without any updates it looks surprisingly good. I plan to update the set for Win7 now that I have a Win7 rig, but don't have a timetable as skinning time is hard to come by these days. 
One quick observation - it looks like certain apps, in particular browsers, are expecting 4px frames minimum and taller titlebars so some things are crowded, overlapped or cut off as it stands. There's an issue with the width of scrollbars in those apps as well.
