Noob Question

Should I play regular Sins? Entrenchment? Diplomacy?

Hey just bought Trinity before the weekend.   I've been playign with it here and there just learning it.   Which version of the game should I play?   Regular sins? diplomacy? entrentchment?

Diplomacy unless you want to play without some features.

Diplomacy is the most recently updated expansion. Personally I don't really care for many of the diplomatic requirements with trying to gain treaties and stuff because AI behavior and "missions" can be annoying, so I play with Locked Teams, but you might prefer otherwise.

I also recommend that you play with pirates off, especially if you play Diplomacy. Pirates can be crippling to new players and don't really add that much to the game.

If you want to get over the learning curve quickly, start with diplomacy so you can see everything at once. If you want to be a better player, start with the original and after you learn a bit from that do Entrenchment, and then diplomacy, so you can learn the component parts of each game better.

Just say play diplomacy and get all balance and bug fixes. Simple
