what might be happening here? (now updated to 7.3)

I've mentioned a repaint problem with sks where upon 'apply' the max frame and uis2 frames won't paint and would require a repaint. it happens pretty frequently. in addition to that now I have to repaint three time and the second apply is because the combo boxes and spin controls are not repainting. can these programs degrade?

I'm still using WB7.2, so there have been no changes to WB or SKS.

Build 310 is the current version for 64bit (7.30.047 on the Stardock Store page).  It fixed some titlebar painting issues for at least some apps so might be worth a try.

?? put a ticket on it some time ago but nothing came of that. I have heard of a couple of others mention this but if I'm the only one having to repaint multiple times then it might be the program. I'm thinking that sks may be corrupted? Maybe Neil will think about it and comment.
