Iconpackager question - sumone PLZ help

(i cant see my message i posted earlier for some reason - i apoligize if im double posting)

After i installed my new video card i saw that my icons on my comp were all reverted to the defualt windows icon on a white bacground logo, and after i reinstalled inconpackager it wont let me use it becasue it says im 50 days over the limit and i have to pay. The thing is, i changed my icons a long time ago and uninstalled it. what should i do? (btw themes through ms plus doesnt fix it either)

Does anyone think if i delete with the folder stardock in the my registry(regedit) will it mess up my system??

Psycho - It's there about 5 1/2 hours or so. You can always download the .ip themes and manually unzip and apply them. I'll leave the "how" to your imagination. But I would really suggest going to link below and purchasing the OD subscription:
