How can I reinstall Windowblinds after my subscription has expired?

I purchased Object Desktop 2/14/2010. Recently my hard drive died.

After emailing support all they gave me was a link to my account and the only thing there is CursorFXPlus.

I need Windowblinds, Deskscapes and everything else from older archives from around 2/14/2010.
