Deskscapes hangs explorer.exe on startup

I have been using Deskscapes and everything appears to work fine except when the computer restarts after shutdown or reboot Deskscapes hangs explorer and explorer.exe has to be closed out and then restarted and then works fine. Otherwise if I deactivate Deskscapes before I shutdown then everythings loads up fine when the computer turned on. Anyone experience this problem. I run Windows 7 32bit

Do you get the same problem if you have Vintage dream applied before the reboot?
