1. Intelligence affects your ability to learn certain spells.

Example: You discover a tome of spiders - only those of a specified Intelligence can decipher its writings to learn Summon Spiders (Int 8+) and Summon Demonic Spider (Int 20+) (Demonic Spider is 4x the size of a giant spider)

2. Arcane Arrow and Spell Blast return with their damage ability based on intelligence. (50% Int for Arcance Arrow and 30% damage for Spell Blast).

3. You complete a quest and find a box, only those of Intelligence 12+ discover the magical ring hidden in a secret compartment.
